1. Dr Christopher Jenner is currently accepting Bupa UK Health Insurance. If you are insured with Bupa UK and wish to see a consultant other than Dr Jenner, all appointments would need to be self-funded.

2. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide treatment to individuals under the age of 18.

3. Patients with insurance coverage must secure an insurance authorisation code from their insurer before scheduling an appointment. Complete insurance details, encompassing the insurer’s name, policy number, and authorisation code, should be emailed within 15 minutes of booking to info@londonpainclinic.com.

4. Important – When booking online, please ensure you select the correct appointment type:

• On a computer: Click the small arrow next to the appointment field, then scroll down to choose the appropriate option.

• On a mobile or tablet: Tap the arrow to expand the list, then swipe up and down on the list to scroll through and select the correct appointment type.
