Dr Chris Jenner
A qualified Consultant in Pain Medicine with numerous years’ experience
Dr Christopher Jenner MB BS, FRCA FFPMRCA is Founder and Clinical Director of the London Pain Clinic. As a Consultant in Pain Medicine, he is an expert in assessing and treating pain conditions and symptoms. Extensively qualified in anaesthesia and professionally trained to treat different pain problems, particularly musculoskeletal pain and neuropathic pain, he is well renowned in his field as the doctor to consult when pain is the barrier to rehabilitation.
Dr Jenner attained his medical degree at London Hospital Medical College in 1995. Since 1995 he has held a variety of key positions specialising in the management of pain throughout London. He has practiced at St Bartholomew’s, The Royal London and St Mary’s Hospitals and is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer for Imperial College NHS Trust. He currently hosts an NHS Pain Clinic at Charing Cross Hospital, London and a private clinic at The Weymouth Street Hospital, London.

As a leader in the field of pain management, Dr Jenner regularly acts as an expert witness in medicolegal cases. He presents lectures on medicolegal issues and has extensive training in the field. He has over 10 years experience in medicolegal report writing in, for example, RTA, medical negligence and employers’ liability cases where patients may be suffering from whiplash injuries, lower back pain or other peripheral neuropathic pains as a result of an accident or incident. He can offer competitive treatment and assessment packages to clients within the medicolegal process. Dr Jenner is committed to continuing professional excellence and development, he regularly attends lectures and conferences to keep his industry knowledge up to date.

He is a published author of several books about pain and pain-related conditions and was recognised in Tatler’s Guide of Britain’s top 250 Consultants in 2013, selected as one of the most experienced experts in the Pain Specialist category.
He is a keen cyclist and enjoys spending time with his two sons.
