Many thanks for the injection procedures. I am walking without a walking stick this week… yippee! Feeling so much better physically and mentally – pain is a very exhausting process!
Left heel still tender in places and lower spine and right foot to some extent – but vastly improved. In my shoulders and top back, I have experienced hardly any ‘shingle type pain’ this week and no outbreaks of skin rash on top of arms, existing spots drying up! Amazing!! Thanks so much.
